Out of Control!

It has really gotten out of control in my house!

It really is my fault - well seems to be since I am the slave, servant, maid, cook,  mom and wife.

I haven't had my cleaning fairy coming as often since we have had some birthdays, vacations, and vehicle repairs, well you get the idea so things have gotten out of control quickly!

I decided yesterday to tackle this massive problem with the help of my 2 adorable helpers!

You know these 2? They are awesome at cleaning!

It was a time to refill some of my Shaklee Cleaners. It is super easy and the product lasts forever!!! The Basic H Organic Cleaner makes an All Purpose Cleaner, the Window cleaner, and a Degreaser!

See that bottle? I have had that since February! I am telling you it lasts forever!!

Here is my Get Clean Caddy that I put all my cleaners in. It makes it so simple and easy when I am moving from room to room. I bought a bunch of the Basic H Spray Bottles they are super cheap and they are great quality. I had bought some at the dollar store and my sprayer kept breaking so I bought these and they come in a group of 3 bottles and they specifically what is in it and the bottles also has the instructions for making the solution. SO EASY!

GROSS Right? That is a hard water ring in my toilet (my hubs would probably die if he knew I posted this) but we have really hard water in AZ and it is SO hard to get off!

Thanks to my awesome cleaning fairy she introduced me to this really cool stone! I found this stone at ACE Hardware, I have searched everywhere for the name of it and can't find it but this stone is amazing! I used my Basic G that kills germs without making me cough from fumes.

Wowzers! See told ya that stuff really works!

Ewww again I know! Our bathroom sinks really taking hit between us and then our cat also thinks this is her bed.

Told ya she is crazy!

She also thinks the bathtub is her bed as well. But see that footprint to the left? Well I love to use my Basic H2 Degreaser and my Get Clean Scour Off to clean stubborn stains like this!

It turned out awesome! I just used some Basic H2 All Purpose cleaner and tada - done!

See no footprint (the pinkish color is from the flash I promise)! I finally felt so much better after I finally tackled the bathroom!

Basically the entire house had gotten out of control! I only showed you the bathroom here which was terrible enough!

The kids really helped we each tackled a bathroom each and then split up the rest of the stuff to be done. If one vacuumed upstairs the other vacuumed downstairs and I did the sweeping and mopping. If one did dishes the other did trash.  I was stuck doing the laundry!

Back to School

School has already started for us! Can you believe this? Well we go year round so they get about 6 weeks off in the summer and then back to school in July we went!

I just can't believe it! Here they are getting all grown up and starting into 6th and 8th grade!

Leave it to my youngest to wear a flannel shirt back to school in July in Arizona!

Like so many other people in need so are our schools. It is sad, it is crazy, and honestly it makes me angry to think that our teachers and schools do not have the supplies they need to help our kids learn.

This year in addition to the tissues, paper towels, pencils, extra paper, markers, and pens I also decided to send some cleaning supplies. I know they normally ask for sanitizing wipes and cleaners because they need these basic supplies for their classrooms!

Multitasking at it's Best!

Multi-tasking - Some times I wish there wasn't such a word!

Any-who, I seem to be pretty decent at it but it can also be exhausting. I decided last night I would see what I could get done while I was grilling dinner because I had to be up and off the couch anyways.

I decided I would clean the top rack of the grill in the same amount of time it took me to grill chicken and steam some rice.

Gross I know! This probably 3 years worth of burnt on stuff! I mean we scrub it every time with that brush doohickie thing but that only does so MUCH!

I decided to use my Basic H2 Organic NON-TOXIC Degreaser Cleaner and Get Clean Scour Off

What I love about both of these products is there are no harmful chemicals or fumes and they do a great job!

Still working while the chicken is grilling

See - told ya I was cooking while I was cleaning the grill rack

So this is what it looks like in the amount of time it took me to grill the chicken.

I will be honest there was a bit of elbow grease involved but the Basic H2 and Get Clean Scour Off worked great!  I sprayed the rack first with the degreaser and then added the Scour Off to my scrub brush and went to town. I would periodically spray the rack with the degreaser to help break up the greasy stuck on stuff.

The top part of the grill is what I cleaned while I was cooking - it was THAT FAST!  Now there were parts of the grill that I couldn't get shiny and I realized it wasn't because it was still dirty but the heat seemed to change the metal like it was scorched.

Multi-tasking at its finest! Knocked out 2 much needed tasks (dinner and this nasty grill top).
